Response To Article

I feel as though the author makes a good point in saying that technology is an important tool in the sense that it allows us to communicate and store information but, I think we do spend a lot of time trying to "teach" others a rather simple application on the computer. I think we need to focus more time on getting the knowledge we need for later on in life with the mix of the occassional computer class so that later on in life when we need to do presentations and such we will be prepared because a)we've learned all the subject matter in school and b)we know how to present it in a matter that is entertaining.
